Ouray Colorado Adventure Session | Colorado Wedding Photographer
Ouray, Colorado is beyond magical. The mountain range is unique here and it’s actually called the Swiss Alps of America. I stumbled upon it a couple of years ago and make an effort to head back every year. I stay in the cutest cabin on the river with the mountains surrounding me. I love to hike here and head to the few different hot springs. Usually, I go right after the ice climbing festival where climbers repel down ice-covered canyons and climb their way out. It’s incredible to watch!
I met up with Neil & Julie up on one of the most picturesque roadways in America, Red Moutain Pass, also known as the Million Dollar Highway! This pass travels up to 11,018 ft in elevation in the San Juan Mountains of western Colorado.
It was chilly as all get out but these two were just a joy to photograph and get to know! This is their first little babe and they wanted to celebrate it in a place they both love so much!
